Final files, publishing materials, or transfer of deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid in full. 

All quoted pricing remains subject to project scope, revisions, and additional service requests.

Clients retain ownership of original manuscripts and approved final deliverables upon full payment. 

Author Harbour retains no ownership claim over ghostwritten or client-owned content after project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Any third-party licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

REVISIONS & APPROVALS 

Client Responsibility 

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publishing, distribution, or production. 

Additional revisions outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges. 

REFUNDS 

Refund Policy 

Due to the customized nature of publishing and creative services, refunds are not guaranteed once production, editing, design, narration, or publishing work has commenced. 

Refund eligibility, if applicable, is determined solely by project status and completed work.
